Pain around navel, lower left abdomen after urination? - pain lower left abdomen

When you urinate, or shortly thereafter, have a pain in the navel and abdomen. Typically, the pain in my left side abdomen abdomen. Possible problems? I want an idea of what you get before the doctor. Thanks to all suggestions!
