Mpc 2000xl Beat Is It Legal To Sample Songs To Use On My Productions?

Is it legal to sample songs to use on my productions? - mpc 2000xl beat

I'm Hip Hop Beat Maker next. I have an MPC 2000XL and questions about sampling techniques. I have several beats / productions include samples of old songs, etc., etc., but I'm afraid, because to sell the copyright. For example, I have a vinyl record, the so-called beetles. I clicked on the plate. Charged with the Mediterranean countries to receive, chopped drums and guitar. He suggested Outta chopped instruments of song. As soon as I with the mixing and processing. Then they sell it to an artist who wants to use the pace. I know I can be prosecuted. But how do I get permission to sell the beat and to use it? I have to? RZA from the Wu Tang Clan, Kanye West and others Probally pay much, because they use many samples of old loga.

Sampling is a gray area in copyright law. In the example, you specify how much do the initial work of what is actually set a new creation. Only some of the previous records, and then approved under "fair use" doctrine. For example, people who have the product they receive the Beatles or something else to buy? It is unlikely that the record companies can present convincing arguments of origin as "corrupt". But the "Fair Use" does not provide a clear line to distinguish the new work on the offense. Be extra careful and be creative.
